IS IT FOR ME?

Pack Fitness is open to all level of abilities. You don't need to be super fit and each session is aimed to fit all. Check out the different classes available.

READY FOR YOUR SESSION?

Make sure you arrive on time and bring a drinks bottle. You don't need new snazzy fitness gear to take part. 
Just make sure you wear appropriate footwear, you will be mostly be on grass. Off road trainers are advisable for Saturday mornings. 
There is free parking at all the training locations.
