This program will help you get ready for the AAT G3 events which start on the 6th January and the Surrey half which takes place on the 11th March or will just help build up your running strength.
With the help and support of Nick, Rob and Holly each taking you on a different route and building up your distance week by week.
Don't fear the hills anymore and get race ready or just build up your overall fitness.

Pace: This is not a race! We will run as a group and share this experience together. First timers encouraged!!
Kit: Any sports wear will do, off road/ trail trainers would be ideal.
